Knotr Ai

Knotr provides a unified workspace for professionals to define and store personal writing styles, notes, skills, and knowledge. By creating profiles and style guides, users can shape how popular AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and Gemini generate content, ensuring outputs consistently match their own tone, expertise, and preferences.

It integrates with multiple AI platforms via a common foundation (MCP), so that whichever AI tool is used, the responses reflect the user's own input and context instead of generic outputs. Knowledgebases allow notes and documents to anchor AI sessions in trusted, custom information. Users can publish significant outputs as persistent, versioned artifacts, making it easier to share and revisit work created across different AI tools.

Knotr is available to individuals and teams, offering role-specific starter packs for software development, product management, and operations, among others. Teams can collaborate in a shared workspace, manage skill libraries, approve workflows, and track changes without the complexity of traditional code repositories or version control. The platform supports both personal productivity and collaborative knowledge management tailored for organizations that rely heavily on generative AI.

Knotr is designed for professionals and teams who routinely use generative AI tools for writing, project management, product development, or coding, and want consistent, personalized outputs. This includes product managers who need AI-generated documents and updates to match team conventions, developers who want code reviews or architecture notes in their own language, and operations leads looking to codify planning or incident response formats.

It’s practical for small companies and startups that rely on AI for daily documentation, strategic planning, or repeating workflows, especially when teams want outputs to mirror their expertise and company standards across several AI platforms.
